From books to TV: Enanimation acquires the rights to develop the animated
series MARTIN'S ADVENTURES, inspired by the new stories by Philip Osbourne
Enanimation, an independent film production and distribution company, which has been involved in national and international audiovisual productions and co-productions since 2003, announces the acquisition of rights for the development of the animated series Martin's Adventures, inspired by the eponymous stories by Philip Osbourne, pop kids author of the international best-seller The Diary of a Nerd.
Martin's Adventures tells the story of little Martin, a New York City boy who is passionate about science and not very popular with his schoolmates. His life changes when he gets off the bus and suddenly finds himself catapulted into prehistoric times, in a village of primitives. Martin is tasked with saving the Jurassic world from extinction by explaining his inventions and teaching everything he knows to the inhabitants of Jurassika, where unfortunately the bullies have also moved in. Martin's Adventures is characterised not only by laughter, the main feature of Philip Osbourne’s books, but also by educational and ecological sensitivity, which make the work entertaining and, at the same time, attentive to talking to children about environmental issues.
